Fundoo Labs Creative Learning LLP is a research driven Ed-tech company offering products and solutions related to hands-on/experiential science and technology to various academic institutions across India. Company offers multiple solutions like Tinkering Labs, STEM Labs, Science Innovation Labs, Maker’s Space and various education products & services in the segment of Hands-on Science, Robotics, Electronics, IoT, 3D Printing, Coding etc.
We strongly believe that quality of life of every individual (and thus, the quality of country and its future) depends on their skills. The prime intention of Fundoo Labs is to enhance STEM skills of our next generation to make it most creative and innovative task force.

Why Do we need you?
As an Education Program Manager, you are expected to shoulder following responsibilities
- Technical Coordination with various Schools/ Centers/ Labs/ Channel Partners to ensure our solutions are implemented in the desired way and benefiting our ultimate customers – the students.
- Coordination with internal technical team for various events and training programs.
- Managing complete after sales technical support to clients/ school by allocating proper technical resources/trainers/documents/curriculum.
- Pre-sales technical support to business development/sales team to pitch various products and solutions offered by FundooLabs.
- Assisting continuous development of STEM Curriculum, Pedagogies, and Experiment/ Project Models.
- Leading technical/promotional events organised by FundooLabs.
- Continuously improving services, solutions and products of FundooLabs by constant customer feedback.
- Close coordination with social media/ graphic/ content team for planning media/ graphic strategy.
- Close coordination with top management for giving input for defining and maneuvering business strategy.
Criteria for Joining Us
The job, in a nutshell, is to ensure that all the technical/implementation aspects of our products/ solutions are being taken care successfully at customer end. This would involve a fair amount of communication, collaboration, initiative, adaptability, thinking skills, and a do-or-die attitude. If you show us that you have these skills, that you get a kick out of creating a success, we would love to hire you. The criteria for hiring are:
- Passion for bringing a change in our education system.
- Multitasking capability and zeal to work in a startup ecosystem.
- Minimum 2 years of mid management work experience in/ with school/ academic institutions/ academic service providers.
- Minimum 3 years of overall experience.
- Fluency in English & Hindi Language. Fluency in gujarati language would be an added advantage.
- A Bachelors or Masters Degree in any Science/ Technical/ Managerial Stream
- A technical bent of mind and experience of managing school kids of standard 5 to 12 would be an added advantage
